Description:

Linsco are currently recruiting a Senior Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a prestigious car showroom. As the senior member of the site management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the site management team, including site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors, to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project stakeholders.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure that design specifications and project requirements are met.
Oversee the procurement of materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective management.
Monitor progress against project milestones, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure that workmanship and materials meet specified standards.
Prepare and submit progress reports, updates, and documentation to project stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Manage client expectations and maintain positive relationships through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, particularly in the refurbishment of commercial properties.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction management, health and safety, and project management.Qualifications Required:
