Senior Site Manager – Barnstaple
£70,000–£75,000 + Package | Permanent
An established housebuilder is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a multi-phased timber-frame residential development in Barnstaple.
The Role
* Lead the day-to-day delivery of a multi-phase housing development
* Manage site teams, subcontractors and trades
* Drive programme, quality, health & safety and build standards
* Liaise with NHBC and ensure compliance with relevant standards
* Coordinate with commercial and technical teams
* Monitor progress, snagging and handover
* Ensure the development is delivered safely, on time and to specification
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager within residential housebuilding
* Strong timber-frame construction experience desirable
* Good understanding of NHBC requirements and liaison
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality and health & safety
* Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work required
Salary up to £75,000 + package. Permanent position based in Barnstaple.
