Chair site meetings and communicate clear priorities across the project team.

Work closely with commercial, design and building services colleagues.

Provide accurate progress updates to the Senior Project Manager.

Manage inspections, quality assurance, snagging and project completion activities.
The successful Senior Site Manager will have experience delivering major projects for a UK main contractor. You should be comfortable managing multiple work packages, leading large subcontractor teams and maintaining control of programme, quality and safety.

What’s in it for you

For the right Senior Site Manager, this position offers genuine ownership of a flagship regional project and the opportunity to make a visible impact from the outset.

You will receive:

Salary of up to £78,000.

A supportive senior management structure.

A strong pipeline of future North West projects.
