This is an opportunity to work for a very well-respected ,main contractor with solid values and great delivery history , This contractor has an iconic project in Bristol and is looking to bring on an experienced internal / fit out Site manager to work on on the internals packages and take the project through to completion .
This is a major project with several years to run on it, so we are looking for a Site Manager who is looking for longevity and a long term local project .
The project is two RC frame, high-rise residential towers, totalling over 200 units and you will be working with the team on the Internals and fit out of the blocks and its communal areas over the next 26 months , you will be on Site Managing the various sub-contractors on site to achieve a high quality and on time finish to the project .
The ideal Site Manager will have RC frame apartments fit out / finishing experience, showing good understanding of various fit packages , Working on similarly sized RC frame mixed use projects in the past.
This Site manager will be a good with managing the quality of the finish and keeping the sub-contractors moving This Site manager will be responsible for fit out / 1st and 2nd fix packages and managing a number of sub-contractors while reporting into a Project Manager on site .
