Description:
Brownlee Cale have an opening for an experienced Site Administrator / Document Control Clerk with a construction company.
Responsibilities:
* Implementation and maintenance of document control systems, processes and procedures
* Input document data
* Scanning/printing and upload documents/markups to FTP site
* Coordinate activities related to Document Control including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence
* Generate document control reports as required
* Ensure copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to appropriate stakeholders
* Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings
* Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project
* Administrative support to onsite personnel
Qualifications and Experience Required
* Good IT skills inc. Microsoft Excel and Word Experience
* Able to manage priorities and a very strong communicator
* Experience in planning workload and administration
* Experience of working in a busy, fast paced construction environment
* Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences in a clear and succinct way
