Location: Leeds
Salary: £35,000
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off (days and nights)
Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with commercial experience? Are you someone who is looking for progression with a desire to manage a team?
Randstad Solutions are currently working with a nationwide Facilities Management organisation who are looking for a Senior Shift Engineer to join their team. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance whilst managing a small team of maintenance assistants.

Planned and reactive maintenance in a healthcare setting.
Undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks.
Carry out repairs and testing to electrical and mechanical services.
Carry out duties in accordance with health and safety legislation.
Fire alarms and emergency lighting.
Manage a small team of engineers and provide leadership.
Participate in an out of hours call out rota.
Heating and domestic water services.
AHUs and BMSs.The ideal candidate will :
Be a time served/qualified engineer with 3 years post apprenticeship experience.
Have experience working in commercial environments (health care setting is desirable).
