Senior Service Manager
LOCATION: Home based/Hybrid with occasional travel to sites
HOURS: 37 hours Mon – Fri
SALARY: £60,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance
DURATION: Perm

Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional services
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to exceed customer expectations
Senior Services Manager (Supported and Retirement Living) to be responsible for our Supported and Retirement Living portfolio – circa 4,000 units nationwide. Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar managerial role
Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements
Strong understanding of customer service principles
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Project Management certification is highly desirable
