Senior Service Advisor Vacancy

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join a busy independent garage in Beckenham. Applicants must have strong automotive aftersales experience, be confident managing a high volume of customer enquiries, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Job Details:
Location: Beckenham
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 basic DOE + Annual Performance Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:30pm

Coordinate customer requirements, parts and workshop workloads

Previous Senior Service Advisor or strong automotive Service Advisor experience
Good knowledge of automotive Aftersales and workshop operations
Confident managing a high volume of customer calls and enquiries
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience preparing quotations and ordering automotive parts
Ability to organise and allocate work to Vehicle Technicians
Full UK Driving Licence
