We are representing a reputable main car dealership in Newbury, seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their professional and customer-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to develop within a forward-thinking dealership that values staff satisfaction and career progression.

Up to £27,000 basic salary, with the potential to earn £36,000 OTE
Main car dealership environment with a supportive team
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota

Book customer appointments and manage diary schedules
Process payments for work carried out
Upsell service plans and warranties to customers
Match and exceed monthly sales targets
Prepare and process job cards efficiently
Drive the business by increasing sales and profit margins
Maintain a high standard of working environment and dealership presentation
Promote a professional image and deliver exceptional customer service at all timesRequirements of the Senior Service Advisor:
Previous experience in automotive aftersales or as a Service Advisor
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organised with the ability to upsell services and warranties confidently
Ability to work within team-driven environments
Knowledge of dealership processes and CRM systems is desirable
