Our client, a reputable automotive dealership group in Croydon, is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their busy team. The role of Senior Service Advisor is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum
Uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of up to £46,000
Monthly bonuses up to £900 based on performance
Monday to Friday working hours (8am-6pm)
Optional paid overtime on Saturdays at time and a half

Providing exceptional customer service as a Senior Service Advisor
Leading and motivating the Service Advisor team by example
Achieving and exceeding service and warranty sales targets
Promoting service plans, vehicle health checks, and labour warranties
Managing and updating paperless job cards accurately via Kerridge/DMS system
Managing customer expectations and delivering a first-class experience
Supporting the workshop with upselling and recommending additional services
Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels to meet or surpass targetsIdeal qualities for the Senior Service Advisor include:
Proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Knowledge of DMS systems, preferably Rev8 Kerridge
Customer-focused attitude with a strong drive to achieve sales
