Salary: Up to £32,000 | OTE: £38,000
The Senior Service Advisor role is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will:
Greet customers and manage their service journey from start to finish
Handle enquiries, concerns, and updates with professionalism
Liaise with technicians to ensure accurate communication
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Support the smooth running of the service department
