Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers and ensure they receive a warm and professional welcome. Handle customer queries, providing expert advice and assistance.
Service Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule vehicle service appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal workshop utilization.
Service Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on all vehicle services, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the workshop and customers, communicating vehicle issues, repair timelines, and costs effectively.
Sales Support: Promote and sell additional products and services to customers, achieving personal and departmental sales targets.
Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, vehicle services, and repairs.
Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior service advisors, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably in a senior role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using dealership management software
