We’re looking for a Security Engineer to join our team in Shrewsbury. This is a pivotal role helping manage and execute our security installations.

The Role
This role is currently fulfilled largely by our Managing Director. As a Senior Security Engineer / Projects Coordinator you will help manage and execute our security installations and maintenance projects. You will be responsible for:
Leading the creation of detailed technical specifications and as-fitted documentation.
Overseeing the installation and maintenance of state-of-the-art electronic security systems.
Ensuring all projects meet our high-quality standards and adhere to industry regulations.
Working closely with clients to tailor solutions that meet their specific security needs.
Supporting our engineers during installations and providing guidance where necessary.
Ideal Candidate
Proven technical expertise in electronic security systems, ideally with a focus on Access Control & Automation.
Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
Strong leadership skills and accountability in managing projects.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
