Long Term 12 month Contract role*
*Inside IR35*
*Remote working*
*Requires travel to Milan, Italy 3 times per fortnight, expenses paid*

Role accountabilities
• Review and analyse complex construction schedules and provide opinions, advice and reports as necessary on project progress as well as predictions of the work using Primavera P6
• Managing the Integrated Master Schedule
• Visiting active construction projects and investigating work progress. Confirming progress is consistent with the project schedule and other project records.
• Attending meetings and advises client of actual progress and related cost implications.
• Developing potential recovery plans for time and cost.
• Reviewing and analysing construction claims and providing opinions, advice and reports as necessary on contractual entitlement and quantification of damages suitable for use in dispute resolution proceedings including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
• CPM scheduling and hands-on use of Primavera P6 software for project controls and evaluation of delays.
• Report writing & preparation of charts & graphs to support and present analyses.
• Regularly communicates with clients, co-workers and other stakeholders.

• Demonstrable experience in scheduling
• Extensive project experience
• Ability to coherently report performance against the plan to the client.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Ability to read and understand Technical Drawings.
• An intuitive knowledge and ability to quickly understand principles of construction, as well as contractor means and methods.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills. Ability to engage with the client and key stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to changing requirements.
• Self-motivated, positive, measured, and resilient
