The Role: As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will shape the future of our Salesforce platform, creating impactful solutions with Lightning Web Components and Communities. This key position blends high-level technical skills with leadership, offering you the chance to guide a dedicated team of junior developers.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Salesforce Developer
Mentor junior developers, guiding their technical and professional development.
Design and implement custom user interfaces, focusing on Lightning pages and components.
Develop Apex classes and triggers to meet complex business requirements.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and secure coding standards.
Lead deployment processes and contribute to product development and technical debt resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 37.5 hour permanent opportunity, Enjoy a hybrid working model with minimum 1day in the office per week on the Albert Embankment, London.
We Are Looking For
Proficient in Salesforce development with certifications such as Platform App Builder, PD1, or JavaScript Developer or multiple years of experience as a Developer/ Senior Developer
Experience in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Apex, LWC, Visualforce.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of mentoring and managing junior team members.
Agile/Scrum methodology experience and familiarity with version control (we use Bitbucket).
