Salary: Basic £27,000 OTE £42,000
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record, ambition, and adept negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will possess articulate communication skills, exude confidence in client interactions, and demonstrate proficiency in listing and selling property.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead business development initiatives and increase Listing
Negotiate Sales
Deliver top-notch customer service consistently
Exhibit a professional demeanour reflective of our agency's standards Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator
Strong sales acumen
Exceptional customer service aptitude
Positive phone etiquette
Well-groomed, ambitious, and self-driven
Familiarity with Abingdon area is advantageous
Valid driver's license is mandatory
Commitment to professionalism in all estate agency dealings
