My client, a leader in their market, is currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to cover their Key Diesel Generator Accounts based out of Rugby.
Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Sales Manager role at our client in Rugby. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. They will also lead and supervise the sales team, analyse market trends, and identify business opportunities.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills
Experience in managing key accounts and building client relationships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyse market trends and identify business opportunities
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Experience in the Power/Generator industry is a must
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
An attractive package of £70,000 per annum + Bonus + Company Car is on offer.
