Diamond Search Recruitment is delighted to represent our client, a progressive firm in north Nottinghamshire. They recently opened a new position for a motivated Senior Sales Executive to join their busy and expanding team. They seek candidates with, ideally, at least three years of B2B sales experience.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 5.30 pm - Flexitime

Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits, including:

£25,000 - £27,000 per year

Flexitime – Working hours 40 per week

Quarterly bonus

Job Purpose

The Senior Sales Executive will be crucial in developing new business contracts with clients across diverse categories. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and expansion, offering an exciting opportunity to impact their future development significantly.

Key Responsibilities

Generation of new leads through various channels and methods.

*

Onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients you have onboarded.

*

Developing and implementing strategies for business growth across our diverse categories.

Requirements

*

Previous experience in a similar role.

*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*

Proven experience in managing high-level key accounts.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Full-time, flexible working of 40 hours a week. Monday - Friday. Based in north Nottinghamshire and visiting customers UK-wide.
