Description:

A prominent leading SaaS client of mine who have recently IPO’ed are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales executive to join their growing organisation as they look to expand their products and market base, being a key strategic appointment for the business.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage sales pipelines with prospective clients.

* Driving business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

* Selling products and services through establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, along with recommending solutions appropriately.

* Meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

* Owning the sales process, from identifying initial leads through to final client attainment.

* Tracking sales leads in Salesforce, as well as viewing key sales information on a regular basis.

* Carrying out demonstrations and pitching solutions during in person visits, along with following up after meetings with prospects and supporting all presented opportunities through having a technical knowledge.

* Maintaining relationships with clients, through providing support, information, and guidance, along with researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.

* Enhancing staff accomplishments and competence through supporting the delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions aimed at less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.

* Identifying product improvements from new products, through industry trends, market activities, as well as competitors.

* Maintaining quality service through establishing and enforcing organisation standards.

* Maintaining a thorough professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, stablishing personal network, benchmarking best practices, as well as participating in professional and industry organisations.

Requirements:

* Experience in selling software services.

* Be target driven and can show experience of consistently achieving sales based targes.

* Experience of either working within, or winning significant business with the big 4.

* Experience within sales and account management.

* Experience using sales tracking or CRM software.

* Full 360 sales experience

* Good planning and organisation

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills and building client relationships

* Problem solving

* Mentorship/coaching (desirable)

* Team leading (desirable)
