Renowned for delivering a truly personalised shopping experience, the boutique offers an exceptional edit of contemporary luxury brands and has built a loyal clientele through styling expertise, genuine relationships and outstanding service.

The Role
As Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving the success of the boutique by delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a loyal client base.
You will be responsible for:
Delivering an elevated and personalised styling experience.
Building long-term client relationships and driving repeat business.
Maximising every sales opportunity through expert styling and product knowledge.
Supporting the day-to-day running of the boutique.
Taking ownership of the boutique in the absence of management.
Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards.
Supporting client events and contributing ideas across social media and local marketing initiatives.
Leading by example with a hands-on and energetic approach.
The Candidate
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves premium fashion retail and thrives on creating memorable customer experiences.
You'll bring:
Experience within premium or luxury fashion retail.
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and clienteling.
A passion for styling and building complete wardrobes.
A commercial mindset with the confidence to maximise every sales opportunity.
High levels of energy, enthusiasm and professionalism.
Confidence working independently and taking ownership when required.
Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality.
Experience or interest in social media and digital engagement would be highly desirable.
