Salary: £25,500 - £26,500

Key Responsibilities:
Provide detailed and tailored support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Qualify, develop, and convert inbound sales opportunities from both new and existing customers.
Collaborate with the sales management team to proactively uncover new business opportunities.
Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing customers, including onboarding new SaaS clients.
Provide assistance and support to sales team members as needed.
Build and maintain productive, long-term relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Analyse customer behaviour to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and report findings to sales managers.
Respond promptly and professionally to corporate clients via phone, email, or online chat.
Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions with existing and prospective clients.
Resolve queries and handle complaints efficiently.
Manage sales order processing and data entry.
Produce, analyse, and submit reports to the wider sales team or specified key contacts.
Effectively manage multiple priorities, addressing urgent concerns without compromising day-to-day operations.
