Senior Sales Advisor – Rotherham - £28,000 - £30,000 plus bonus

You'll be responsible for converting enquiries into orders, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, following up quotations and building long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales
Convert incoming enquiries into profitable sales
Follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates
Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process
Provide expert product recommendations based on customer requirements
Build long-term customer loyalty through professional and responsive service
Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
Produce quotations, order acknowledgements and sales documentation
Liaise with the Technical team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for customers
Keep customers informed throughout the order process

Proven experience in the home improvement sector
Excellent customer communication skills
Experience converting opportunities into sales
Good organisational and follow-up skills
