What will you be responsible for as their newly appointed Senior Safety Engineer?
Ensures design adherence to Functional Safety standards (e.g., ISO 16949 IEC 61508 for industrial)
Verification and validation of safety-critical systems
Incorporates multiple safety components
Maintains highest level of safety and reliability
Responsible for test planning, design, execution, results, and reports
Supports Engineering Manager Certification, Test and Simulation, and VP of Engineering
What do you need to be able to demonstrate in order to be shortlisted for Senior Safety Engineer?
Degree qualified within an engineering related subject (ideally, Aerospace, Automotive or Electrical Engineering)
Substantial experience of working in a similar role
Strong hands on experience of verification and validation engineering from a compliance perspective
Commutable distance from site (please note due to the nature of the role and the client there will not be an opportunity to work remotely)
Ability to work in the UK without visa restrictions, our client are not able to provide immediate or future sponsorship requests
