Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Risk Analyst who will deliver crucial analytical insights into customer behaviour. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining the company's credit and affordability strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance risk scorecards and affordability models using statistical techniques.
Lead documentation and delivery of models, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Analyse customer behaviour data to provide insights for credit and affordability strategies.
Collaborate across teams to integrate risk insights into overall strategies.
Utilise internal and external data sources, including CRAs, for model development and validation.
Monitor model performance and suggest optimizations.
Provide expertise on credit risk and affordability to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Contribute to cross-functional projects enhancing risk management capabilities.Requirements:
Experience in credit risk management and strategy development within consumer lending.
Experience developing and implementing risk scorecards and machine learning models using SAS/Python/R.
Proven experience of translating complex methodologies and principles into meaningful insight for senior leadership and other non-technical stakeholders.What's in it for you?
