Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst – West Sussex - £50K-£55K + bonus + benefits
We’re excited to be working exclusively with a growing Hospitality Group, looking for a Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst to optimise revenue using analytics across around fifty UK holiday parks
The successful applicant will have the ability to manipulate large amounts of data using masterful Excel skills, while communicating findings to the stakeholders using data visualisation tools such as Tableaux. Knowledge of pricing is important as are the fundamental of revenue management: pricing, yielding and promotions.
The role would suit someone with 4+ years' revenue management experience in hospitality, airlines or from the rail industry.

Core Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrate expert understanding of applying effective Yield and Revenue Management practices, and pricing principles
* 4+ years plus of hands on experience in as a Senior Revenue Management and Pricing Analyst in the travel industry, preferably Hospitality (Managing multiple properties), Airline, or Rail
* Highly computer literate with a advanced Excel skills required
* Working knowledge of Revenue Management Systems, pricing and reporting technology systems: Yield Management Software, Channel Management, etc.
* Ability to gather, interpret large data sets and provide insight and recommendations
* Experience of Tableau reporting tool would be beneficial, or similar systems such as Qlik, Business Object
* Must be proactive and results driven with the drive and initiative to implement change and improvement
* High attention to detail and a thorough ‘can do’ attitude
* Strong organisational skills
* Confidence to communicate and present to the organisation at all levels of business
* Able to work independently as well as part of a small team and work across functions and departments
Additional Skills and Experience – Preferable:
* Knowledge of PMS, CRS
* A degree in Hotel Management, Yield Management, Business Studies or Economics
