Salary: Dependant on experience (OTE starting at £35k+)

Raw Selection is a genuine executive search firm, one of only two in Leeds. We work exclusively with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies across Europe and North America. We partner with our clients to secure investment and back-office professionals, then our portfolio division introduces the CEO, CFO and COO profiles into the companies they acquire.

About the Opportunity

You’ll become a pivotal member of the team in sourcing candidates for search assignments across North America. You will be following our 16-step process which is proven to identify candidates for even the most difficult of searches. You will be completing research on client competitors, presenting roles to candidates, interviewing candidates then submitting them to a colleague to share with the client.

* Speaking with CEO, CFO and other C-Suite professionals or Senior Investment professionals, interviewing them over the phone, assessing them against the criteria for the position.

* Sourcing candidates using the CRM, pre-screening, completing due diligence and mapping out the full interview process

* A detailed note write up which goes to your BD search lead, providing it meets the critrea this will then forwarded onto the client.

* Consistently being proactive with candidate generation within the market you operate in

* If you aspire to be a leader in the firm run 2 training sessions a week with Associates in your team

* Identify key areas of improvement within the 16 step sourcing process

>> Management/Leadership role to progress to taking over the management of current team members or building your own as we aim to grow this division to 15+ recruiters in the next 3 years. Utilising our in-house management development programme and external coaches to make you one of the best leaders in our industry

>> Top Biller utilising our platform to realise our goal of creating as many million-pound billers as we can.
