An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Support Worker / Residential Support Worker to join a well-established company providing specialist residential care for children and young people with complex needs.

This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £26,000 - £30,000 plus £60 per sleep in and benefits. No sponsorship provided.

We are seeking 2 candidates,

1x Senior Residential Support Worker: Providing direct care and taking a senior role in the day-to-day running of the home, while supporting the development of the wider care team.
1x Residential Support Worker: Providing day-to-day care and support while helping children develop independence, confidence and positive outcomes.

Salary Details:

For Senior Support Worker: £30,000 + £60 per sleep in 
For Support Worker: £26,000 + £60 per sleep in 

The candidates from the following background will be considered:

Senior Residential Support Worker, Residential Support Worker, Support Worker, Senior Residential Care Practitioner, Residential Care Practitioner, Residential Childcare Worker, Children’s Support Worker, Care worker, Keyworker, Care Assistant or in a similar role.

What we are looking for

Previous experience supporting children and young people with learning disabilities

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People qualification
A genuine commitment to supporting and nurturing children and young people
A full UK manual driving licence
