Job Description: Exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate/Associate Solicitor with 7 years plus experience to join our Residential Property team based in Gloucestershire.
Responsibilities:
Manage residential property matters from start to finish.
Open files and progress matters.
Provide cost estimates to new clients.
Conduct business development activities.
Communicate professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and Solicitors.

Skills and Knowledge:
Extensive residential property experience with a varied caseload.
Qualified Solicitor/CILEX preferred, with 7+ years PQE.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and case management systems like Proclaim.
Commercially aware with understanding of business development.
Knowledge of compliance and risk.
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.Personal Qualities:
