Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant and future, senior leader of our business, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategies, identifying top-tier candidates, and nurturing strong client relationships. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, and build a team around them with vision and innovation.
Key Responsibilities as Senior Recruitment Consultant:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Conduct thorough candidate searches utilising various channels such as online job boards, networking events, and social media platforms.
* Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and cultural fit.
* Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement to onboarding and follow-up.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
* You must be known for your incredible WORK ETHIC!
* 5+ years of Recruitment experience, preferably within Engineering, Oil & Gas, or a technical field as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Lead.
* Authentically optimistic outlook and enthusiasm evident in every aspect of your life.
* Track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates across various levels.
* Target driven: consistently surpass KPIs with enthusiasm and effectiveness.
* Collaborate within a high-performing team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, inspiring each other to attain exceptional outcomes.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with colleagues, candidates, and clients.
