What can I earn?
Expected first year earnings of at least £36,(Apply online only) to £38,(Apply online only) OTE.
What else do I need?
A successful track record in temporary recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
The ability to build lasting client relationships and win new business.
Great communication skills and confidence meeting clients.
Strong organisation and attention to detail, particularly when managing bookings, compliance and weekly payroll.
Positivity, enthusiasm and a willingness to support your colleagues.
A full driving licence and access to transport.
The role is office based, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with a share of out of hours cover for our temporary workforce and occasional onsite support.
