Regional Recruitment is looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Established in 2008, we are an award-winning independent recruitment agency specialising in Industrial, Engineering, Construction and Professional Services.

The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of your desk, build strong client relationships and drive business growth through new and existing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from vacancy brief through to placement
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Grow and manage your own recruitment desk and pipeline
Source, screen and place high-quality candidates
Manage client accounts and identify opportunities for further growth
Negotiate offers and secure successful placements
Conduct client meetings and site visits where required
Share knowledge and support the development of colleagues
Work towards and exceed recruitment and sales targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience within recruitment, ideally in a 360 role
Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Experience recruiting across temporary, permanent or contract vacancies
Confident, proactive and commercially driven approach
Ability to manage competing priorities and work towards targets
Excellent relationship-building and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
