Ensuring daily KPI's are met.
Creating lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
Build and grow your desk aligned with targets set with your manager.
Go in pursuit of and explore new opportunities.
Negotiate rates with clients to achieve the best margin for your desk.To be considered for this Senior Recruitment Consultant position you must have the following skills and attributes:

Excellent telephone sales
Good presentation experience
Capable of exceeding targets
Organised and focused
Business development understanding
