Role Description  Develop deep relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs to forge win-win recruitment matches.  Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and market mapping to interviewing and placements.  Collaborate with a dynamic team to continuously refine our recruitment strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.  Become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, shaping rewarding career paths
