Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, organised and passionate professional who can comfortably develop relationships with schools and teaching professionals alike. You will have a strong understanding of the education sector including curriculum policies and teaching standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing high quality teaching and support staff through advertisements, networking fairs and CV search
* Building and maintaining relationships with education settings to a high standard;
* Conducting interviews to link teaching and support staff to their perfect role;
* Ensuring safeguarding and compliance procedures are fully adhered to;
* Working towards and exceeding targets that may be either candidate or client driven.
