Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end recruitment process. This includes developing job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, running advertisements and job postings, negotiating salaries and offers, and working with hiring managers to ensure successful on-boarding. While the role is located in London, we are open to some remote work.

* Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong sourcing and networking abilities; ability to attract and engage top talent
* Strong understanding of hiring practices and employment laws
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
* Industry-specific knowledge and experience in Building Products & Construction is a plus
* Experience with recruitment CRM systems and ATS systems is a plus
