Recruitment Consultant - Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical
Leicestershire (Hybrid Working)
Up to £45,000-£55,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (15-20%) + Warm Desk + 4-Day Week Option
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a warm desk, genuine flexibility, and the opportunity to earn commission from day one?
A successful and growing specialist recruitment business is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its established Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, FMCG and Pharmaceutical division based in North West Leicestershire.
This is a rare opportunity to take over an established desk with existing clients, live vacancies and immediate billing opportunities, or build your own specialist market within thriving sectors already supported by the business.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities
* Managing and developing an established Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical recruitment desk
* Delivering full 360 recruitment solutions across permanent vacancies
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients throughout Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the wider UK
* Sourcing, interviewing and placing skilled professionals
* Managing the entire recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management
* Generating repeat business and growing existing accounts
* Working closely with a supportive team of experienced recruiters
About You
* Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Partner
* Experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Supply Chain recruitment would be advantageous
* A track record of building client relationships and winning repeat business
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, ambitious and relationship-led approach
