Burton upon Trent | Hybrid Working | Warm Desk | Up to £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a busy, profitable desk with warm leads, established client relationships and genuine career progression?
Due to continued growth, a successful and expanding Industrial, Commercial and Engineering recruitment business is looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its high-performing team. This is an opportunity to inherit an established desk with live vacancies, existing accounts and immediate earning potential, while benefiting from a supportive, collaborative culture where recruiters share opportunities and work together to achieve success.

The Role
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process across Industrial, Commercial and Engineering sectors
* Develop existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
* Recruit across permanent, temporary and contract vacancies
* Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
* Manage multiple live vacancies within your specialist market
* Mentor and support junior consultants where required
About You
* Proven recruitment agency experience within a 360 recruitment role
* Strong business development and account management skills
* Commercially focused with the drive to maximise earnings
* Experience recruiting within Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial or Technical sectors would be advantageous
