An exciting opportunity for an experienced 360 Consultant within Warehouse, Industrial, Commercial or Transport environment.
Our client based in Central Telford, are looking for an ambitious, experienced recruiter to head up their new cold desk within Security and Industrial / Logistics sectors.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a minimum of 2 years experience of 360 recruitment within a temp or temp to perm environment
* Have strong relationship skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
* Proficiency in using ATS and CRM systems
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Have the ability to utilise social media platforms for the recruitment process
Responsibilities:
* Head up a brand new cold desk
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
* Confuct a full-cycle recruitment process, from start to finish
* Utilise CRM and ATS systems
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
* Use social media platforms to romote job openings and engage with potential candidates
* Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
* Stay updated on industtry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
