Reperio Human Capital is a specialist IT recruitment agency working across Ireland and the US, with offices in Belfast, Dublin and Tampa. Our IT Contract Division is one of the fastest growing parts of the business, and we're looking for an experienced contract recruiter to build their own desk within it.

You don't need a tech background. What matters is that you know how to run a contract desk properly: building a candidate pipeline, managing rate negotiations, and keeping both clients and contractors close through renewals and extensions. Whether that experience comes from IT recruitment or another sector, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Building and managing a pipeline of contract candidates for current and future roles
Managing rate negotiations and contract terms with both clients and candidates
Guiding candidates through the process end to end, from interview prep to placement
Developing long term relationships with clients, backed by real market insight

A proven track record in contract recruitment
IT or tech recruitment experience is a strong plus but not essential
Demonstrated success in business development and lead generation
Confident, articulate and comfortable building relationships at every level
