This is a role to take over a well established desk. There are no sales targets at Hartley Resourcing so this will suit a senior recruiter who works best without a KPI driven environment, where the focus is on customer service and Account Management and where you will be self driven to spot opportunities to develop your business.
The role
Hartley Resourcing have enjoyed significant success and have strong local reputation build over the last 17 years. Most customers have been with with us over 10 years, and we have been voted ‘best independent recruitment agency in Hampshire 2024’ with a simple recipe of providing excellent service to our clients and working to high standards. You will have responsibility for a warm desk which will occupy most of your time. Roles that you will be filling are varied and interesting, both perm and temp, and you will be tasked with maintaining the strong working relationships we have with those clients. Clearly the more driven you are, the better you will do and you are rewarded on everything you bill.
