LOCATION:               Bristol, North Somerset, and South Glouc
HOURS:                      Variable hours per week – 18.5 or 37
SALARY:                    £24,620 per annum (pro rata for part time)
DURATION:               Temp to Perm

As a Recovery Navigator at within this organisation, you will be at the forefront of supporting individuals in their path towards improved mental health and well-being. Your role will be critical in providing guidance, advocacy, and practical assistance to those in need, making a meaningful impact every day.

Previous experience in mental health or recovery support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of advocacy and support services.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Empathetic and non-judgmental approach. Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in mental health, counselling, social work, or related field.
Certification in mental health first aid or equivalent is advantageous.
Additional training in trauma-informed care is desirable
