A globally renowned, market-leading engineering organisation are looking to hire a Senior R&D Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The primary focus of this NPI-focussed role is to coordinate the successful introduction of cutting-edge and high-tech products to market.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and hardware) to deliver multiple high-value and complex projects.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying critical milestones and coordinating resources to meet project objectives.
* Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to analyse current processes, define improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
