Senior Quantity Surveyor – Utilities / Infrastructure

An established and growing infrastructure business is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a strong pipeline of utilities and energy projects across long-term frameworks.

The Role
You’ll take a lead commercial role across multiple infrastructure and utility projects, managing commercial performance from pre-construction through to final account.
Working closely with operational and delivery teams, responsibilities will include:

Commercial management of projects and frameworks
*
Cost reporting, CVRs and forecasting
*
NEC contract administration
*
Compensation events and change control
*
Subcontractor procurement and account management
*
Supporting operational teams to manage risk and maximise value
*
Client and stakeholder engagement
*
Mentoring/supporting junior commercial staff where required
What They’re Looking For
*
Experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level
*
Strong NEC contract knowledge (NEC3 / NEC4)
*
Utilities, infrastructure, power or civil engineering experience
*
Strong commercial reporting and forecasting capability
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities
*
Collaborative approach with operational and delivery teams
