Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC 3 experience on Infrastructure projects?

Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company leading in infrastructure development and consultancy services?

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.
Location: Birmingham, with 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote.

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QS or commercial manager role.
BSc in Quantity Surveying.
Chartered or interest in becoming Chartered.
Extensive background in infrastructure, preferably rail or civil engineering projects.
Client, consultancy, or main-contractor experience ideal due to their range of clients.
Proven track record in managing NEC 3 contracts and administering contract procedures, preferably Option A & C.
Strong understanding of pre-contract processes, including procurement, tendering, and invitation to tender packs.
Ability to provide expert advice on dealing with clients and stakeholders, whether that be with a consultancy, main-contractor or end client.
Proficiency in cost control, change management, and procurement processes.
Experience in line management and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

My client is a rail SME consultancy, with a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale ventures including station builds, bridges etc.. They have strong partnerships with a range of companies with a growing pipeline of work.
