A leading infrastructure consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the continued growth of its Bristol office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business delivering major infrastructure projects across Highways, Rail, Water and Utilities, offering genuine variety and long-term career progression within a collaborative consultancy environment.
The Role
Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you'll lead the commercial delivery of infrastructure projects from inception through to completion while developing strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cost planning and cost management
NEC3 & NEC4 contract administration
Managing compensation events
Commercial reporting and forecasting
Procurement support
Valuation and payment assessments
Client relationship management
Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
What We're Looking For
Proven Senior Quantity Surveying experience
Infrastructure project background
NEC contract experience
Consultancy, contractor or client-side experience
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesExperience across Rail, Highways, Water, Utilities or wider Infrastructure is highly desirable.
