Senior Quantity Surveyor – What you will be doing:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
Manage monthly cost reports and forecast cost and value accurately from project commencement to completion
Promptly submit interim and final valuations
Review contract progress and proactively address issues, issuing relevant notices as needed
Provide solutions, costs, and advice to ensure successful project completion
Maintain cash flow and forecast any shortfalls early
Procure, place orders, pay, monitor, and review subcontractors
Agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors Senior Quantity Surveyor – Key Accountabilities:
Financial management of allocated contracts
Accurate cost reporting and forecasting
Timely submission of valuations
Proactive issue resolution and contract progress review
Cash flow maintenance and forecasting
Subcontractor management
Final account agreements Senior Quantity Surveyor – Skills and Experience Required:
Experienced Quantity Surveyor with commercial awareness
Knowledge of NEC Suite of Contracts; FIDIC, ICC, and JCT contracts
Enthusiastic and excellent team player
Ability to work independently
