A rapidly growing Quantity Surveying Construction Consultancy is seeking a long-term Senior Quantity Surveyor to further their growth in Manchester
The Senior Quantity Surveyors role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially be responsible for delivering Quantity Surveying and Project Management services across a variety of sectors, including retail, office and residential.
The role will require the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively, while also supporting and mentoring junior members of the Quantity Surveying team to ensure project objectives and wider team targets are achieved.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
MRICS or working towards
RICS accredited University Degree
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to work individually or in a team
Effective negotiating skills
