Description:
A specialist Quantity Surveying consultancy with a close-knit team is looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who would relish the opportunity to help shape the future of the practice.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
Joining the team in Southwest London, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will remain hands-on, delivering a range of high-end projects across the leisure and hospitality sectors, taking them from inception through to completion.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also have opportunities to develop and maintain client relationships, mentor junior quantity surveyors, and work closely with the director to support the continued growth of the consultancy.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Worked withing a PQS / Consultancy practice
Taken projects across the full project lifecycle
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Comfortable working within a small team
Client facing
Interested in developing new business
Project Management and/or Employers Agent/Contract Admin experience would be a bonus but not essentialIn Return?
