The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects from early-stage feasibility through to final account. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

Strong UK consultancy experience across pre- and post-contract duties

Proven ability to manage projects independently and provide client-facing advice

Excellent commercial judgement, leadership, and communication skills

In Return:

£75,000-£80,000 per annum

25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
