Freelance Senior QS required ASAP for main contractor on £150m new build residential project in SE London
I have an urgent requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis for one of my contractor clients on a large new build resi scheme in South East London.
The role is site-based working within the Commercial team, primarily managing subcontractor packages, with some procurement.
You'll come from a main contractor or residential developer background and have experience of commercially managing subcontractors from procurement to final account.
Contract duration 6 months with the potential for longer-term.
